The quality of online training is the biggest issue industry-wide. We are here to combat this problem through the provision of our 5-star service. We are an approved TQUK and Pearson Edexcel centre and all of our qualifications are Ofqual regulated.
Yes, we offer an all-inclusive service across all courses. This means no additional costs, no hidden fees and most importantly – no stress!
Observations are included within the course if required. However, we want you to complete the course to the best of your ability which is why we recommend acquiring an observer within your workplace, this is more convenient for you and you may feel more comfortable with someone you work with.
Yes, we provide a wide range of learning materials and resources. These include course guides, advice leaflets, information packs, video support lessons, and many more. All learning materials and resources are included within the cost of the course.
We are an approved centre with Training Qualifications UK (TQUK), Pearson Edexcel, Focus Awards and ProQual.
At 5 Star Courses, we try to be as flexible with payments as possible to create a smoother enrolment for our learners. There are multiple ways you can enrol:
- Through our registration page
- Through telephone. Our contact number is 0207 183 9082 and we are available Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Through invoice. If a company would like to purchase a course for one of their employees, we are able to issue invoices to the finance department of the company
After purchasing one of our courses, you will receive your log in details, an invoice and a welcome email through to your email address. Additionally, the support team will try to contact you via telephone for a welcome call – this is a great opportunity to learn how to use our learning platform and to ask any questions you may have. From here, you have access to our platform for twelve months to complete the course entirely at your own pace.
